How to use the Quote System  Check all properties you are interested in. Properties highlighted in Red indicate that Holiday or Special event rates are in effect for your preferred dates of travel. Holiday and Special Event rates are slightly higher than usual. Properties highlighted in GRAY are not available for your dates. Online quotes are available through September 2007 The system will give you a quote for up to four people per hotel room, and more for condos/beach houses. You may request a quote from several properties, however it is best that you submit a separate inquiry for Hotels and Condos/Beach Homes, as the condos can accommodate more people per unit. Check each course that you would like to play. Please note: Grand Bear golf course may only be chosen if the accommodations are Grand Casino Hotels. Should you wish to play the same course twice, please also check a box with a corresponding letter, box (A,B,C..) Your price quote is based per golfer, and includes cart fees, taxes, booking fees, applicable surcharges and golf gift. The quote does not guarantee hotel or golf course availability. Cleaning/departure fees may apply for Beach homes and condos. To reserve your package: Your package may be guaranteed to a major credit card. At that time your rooms and tee times will be reserved and guaranteed under your name. Payment in full will be due three weeks prior to your arrival. Payments may be made by major credit card, cashier's check, or money order. You may change or cancel your reservation without penalty up to one week prior to arrival. Inclement weather:  Should a rainout occur, you have your choice of three options in receiving a credit. 1) Receive a credit from Gulf Coast Resort Rentals for the golf portion of your package 2) receive your credit in golf course merchandise, or 3) reschedule your rainout. The golf course must declare a rainout in order to receive credit. Normal conditions of inclement weather include hard rain, snow, ice, and lightning. Rain must delay regular play for more than an hour before golfer has the option of taking rainout credit.
